From standing start to real reach

A therapist-artist with the creative work done — but no storefront, no funnel, no system. I built the pipeline in two weeks; she was running it solo by week four.

The situation

Maris Loeffler is a therapist and AI-artist selling surreal digital downloads on Etsy (marisdreaming). She had the art and the audience instinct — not the shop architecture, SEO, Pinterest→Etsy funnel, or automation layer. That's the blocker I see constantly in this niche: the creative work exists; the go-to-market machinery doesn't.

What I built

  • Etsy shop end-to-end: 94 listings, 15 collections, SEO titles/tags, banner, policies, launch promo
  • Pinterest → Etsy and Instagram → Etsy discovery funnel (@marisdreaming)
  • Automation and sync workflows so she could focus on making art, not admin
  • Brand guide, pin guides, and platform-specific field entries for handoff

Timeline: built in two weeks → coached handoff on week three → Maris running it solo by week four. She makes the art; the machinery is mine.
